My name is Melissa George. I'm 30 years young, have three children, and reside in Antigonish Nova Scotia. I grew up in Manassette Lake, Guysborough NS. I am the youngest of my siblings. I have graduated from NSCC - Office Administration, CDI College - Early Childhood Education, and CBBC Career College - CCA personal support worker. I have a passion for photography, a good sense of humor, and a pleasant approach. I am a family person with responsibilities, very reliable and trustworthy.
I have been doing photography since 2017. My first camera was a Canon Rebel T3. I have upgraded since to a Canon Rebel T6. I have several different lenses. I use them all for different reasons. I am a photographer who makes and sets up different prop scenes, for different occasions and seasons as well as uses different selections of backdrops.
Photography for me is life and to me, a photographer is someone who is proud of their photographs and aspires to challenge his or her abilities to create beautiful images for the public to enjoy.
I am a photographer who sees things differently and likes to challenge herself to make others see what I see. I have always had an interest in photography.
My goal is to give low-income families photos to cherish at a price affordable for their families.

I think every photographer of any genre has a goal to get published. There are so many publications out there, that it is possible to get published, but it takes work. You have to do your research, figure out what the publication wants, follow all their guidelines, and produce great work. My biggest goal is to get PUBLISHED.
